Performance Reviews leadership development
This course helps managers increase the impact and effectiveness of their Performance Reviews - both written and face-to-face. This highly interactive course presents useful tools and current best-practices in both preparing for and leading effective Performance Review meetings, and increasing the quality of written reviews. This course centers on a proven 5-step model for structuring Performance Review meetings, and highlights common pitfall for managers to avoid. Participants will have an opportunity to prepare for and practice delivering a Performance Review using the tools provided, and will receive feedback from their peers and instructor on specific ways to improve.
