Team Building and Group Development leadership development
This highly interactive workshop provides participants with a hands-on understanding of the fundamental building blocks of great team performance. Participants develop their skills in building effective teams, achieving consensus, and both utilizing and maximizing their team's abilities. In the first part of the course, participants engage in experiential activities that convey powerful techniques in group communication, managing change, team development, consensus building, and reaping the benefits of a diverse workforce. Exercises are augmented with individual assessments and our proven set of practical tools. This course can be offered as open-enrollment or customized for intact work teams.
