PCI specializes in creating customized, multi-day seminars centered on the leadership and management practices your organization values most. We have designed and facilitated seminars for hundreds of business professionals in the U.S, Europe and Asia, and our seminars consistently exceed the expectations of the participants. We regularly work with senior leaders, newly appointed managers, and high potentials. Our methodology combines research and practical skill application with psychology, incorporating exercises that encourage team-building and developing self-awareness. Upon completion of the seminar, every member of each group receives a one-on-one coaching session in which we discuss and leverage strengths, highlight areas for improvement as well as career blockers, and finally lay out a performance improvement plan.
