Essential Sales Skills: An Introduction professional development

This class introduces participants to critical sales skills and outlines the stages of a sale. Participants will learn how to assess a client's level of readiness, uncover and explore their needs, make persuasive pitches, and close the deal. Most importantly, participants will learn how to build rapport and establish enduring relationships with clients. The class will cover the sales skills of active listening, attentiveness to non-verbal communicators, empathy, and paraphrasing, as well as drafting summary statements and creating persuasive pitches.
