Listening and Communication Skills professional development
This highly interactive 1-day workshop equips participants with skills and insights to enable them to listen and communicate with greater impact. Participants will learn the foundations of high impact communications, including listening with intent, managing their internal state, influencing their audience, the power of non-verbal messages and how to speak the right language at the right time. This behavioral-based session includes a blend of group discussions, mock conversations, and one-to-one consulting pairs in order to ensure skill acquisition. Participants will receive video copies of themselves leading 2 mock conversations along with group feedback.
